The Bouquet tradition
Not many people know that the purchase of the bride's bouquet is a groom responsibility. He will give to the bride when she'll arrive before the celebration take place. In fact traditionally, the bouquet is the last gift of the boyfriend to her girl before to get married.
It is also tradition that after the wedding celebration the bride blindly launch the bouquet turning back her shoulders to a group of friends, all unmarried girls. Is said that the girl who will take it will be the first to get married. Alternatively, the bride can give it to her best friend, or divide it into many bunches to give to all single friends.
If you want to keep the tradition of throwing the bouquet without sacrificing keep the memory, you can ask the florist to make an extra one exclusively for the launch.
Some practical advice on the bouquet:
- the flowers chosen should not have colours that can stain wedding dresses;
- must be composed of flowers that can last all day without wither;
- must possess a grip handle and adapted to the hands of the bride;
- should not be too heavy.
