THE SECRET GARDEN WEDDING

When we first met C&K their dream was to have a luxurious wedding in Tuscany. They couldn’t define what was in their mind except that they loved flowers and a dreamy venue by the vineyards.

We had quite a few rounds before we finally found the perfect combination for the weddings and the events before and after the wedding day. Villa Mangiacane hosted our welcome party by the pool and the wedding day was at Castello il Palagio.

When C&K chose the Castle as their wedding venue, our wedding stylist proposed the idea of transforming the Castle’s garden into a secret garden. The couple was immediately blown away by the idea. So the ceremony happened in the garden and the guests could enjoy the beauty of the place enhanced by flowers in every corner and very special details here and there. Obviously, the Tuscan landscapes with olive groves and vineyards all around the Castle also played a special touch!

After the symbolic ceremony, a small family blessing followed in the lovely Chapel of the castle with original frescoes.

The reception took place in the Castle courtyard. The stylistic choice for the dinner table was consistent with the secret garden theme but we wanted lights to play a bigger part as the sun had already set by the time the guests reached the tables.

With a planner trick, we completely changed the aspect of the courtyard in no time while the guests and bride and groom enjoyed the cake-cutting moment. We transformed the courtyard into a dance floor and the bride changed her dress into a star dancer.

Everyone had so much fun that the party went on and on with last-minute changes prolonged cocktail bar service and DJ music!
